About Us

There is a minimum order quantity of 12 donuts for all pre-orders, with a 6-donut minimum per flavor (view all flavors here). All pre-orders require full payment at the time the order is placed. The mandatory pre-order form is below.

Orders must be made at least 36 hours before the requested pickup time but not more than 7 days before the requested date (please note, cakes require at least 72 hours in advance). Unfortunately, we cannot offer same day service. Orders must be cancelled greater than 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time to receive a refund.

Orders of 5 dozen donuts or less must be made through this page. Orders of 6 dozen donuts or more must be handled by our catering department.

The earliest scheduled pickup time we can accommodate is 9 AM. Italian Rainbow and Napoleon donuts are available weekends only, with the earliest available pickup time of 10 AM.

After you submit your inquiry form below, a manager will call you to confirm your details and process your order. An order is not confirmed until a manager calls you and finalizes your request.

Orders must be picked up within one hour of the scheduled pick-up time. No refunds or credits will be made for orders not picked up during this time.
